Program Itinerary
DAY 01 – Surabaya Pick-Up – Transfer to Mount Bromo
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Private pick-up from Juanda International Airport, Surabaya Train Station, or your hotel in Surabaya.
12:00 PM – 03:00 PM
Drive from Surabaya toward Probolinggo via the Surabaya–Probolinggo toll road. The journey takes approximately 3 hours, depending on traffic.
A lunch stop can be arranged at a highway rest area or in Probolinggo.
03:00 PM – 04:30 PM
Continue the scenic uphill drive from the lowlands to the mountain village of Cemoro Lawang, located near Mount Bromo.
04:30 PM – 07:00 PM
Arrive at your hotel in Cemoro Lawang, check in, relax, and enjoy the cool mountain atmosphere.
07:00 PM onwards
Dinner at the hotel or a nearby local restaurant.
08:00 PM onwards
Early rest and sleep to prepare for the Bromo Sunrise Tour.

DAY 02 – Bromo Sunrise Tour – Transfer to Banyuwangi
03:00 AM – 03:30 AM
Pick-up by your private 4WD Jeep driver directly from your hotel lobby.
03:30 AM – 06:00 AM
Drive to the Bromo sunrise viewpoint, such as Penanjakan 1 or King Kong Hill. Enjoy hot coffee or tea at a local stall while waiting for the spectacular Bromo sunrise.
06:00 AM – 08:30 AM
Continue by Jeep across the Sea of Sand. From the Jeep parking area, walk toward Mount Bromo or choose an optional horse ride at your own expense. Climb the approximately 250 steps to reach the Bromo Crater Rim.
08:30 AM – 09:15 AM
Continue by Jeep to explore Teletubbies Hill (Savannah) and the Whispering Sands.
09:15 AM – 11:30 AM
Return to your hotel in Cemoro Lawang for breakfast, a warm shower, and final packing.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Check out from the hotel and load all luggage into your private vehicle.
12:00 PM – 06:00 PM
Long overland transfer from Bromo to Banyuwangi. The journey takes approximately 5.5–6 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. A lunch stop will be arranged along the way.
06:00 PM onwards
Arrive at your hotel in Banyuwangi, check in, have dinner, and rest.
Early sleep is highly recommended, as the Ijen trekking program begins around midnight.

DAY 03 – Ijen Blue Fire Trekking – Drop-Off to Bali or Surabaya
12:00 AM – 12:30 AM
Wake-up call and prepare for the Ijen trek.
12:30 AM – 01:45 AM
Drive from your Banyuwangi hotel to Paltuding Post, the base camp and starting point for the Mount Ijen trek.
01:45 AM – 02:00 AM
Meet your local trekking guide, receive your safety equipment, including gas masks and headlamps, and attend a short safety briefing.
02:00 AM – 04:00 AM
Begin the approximately 3 km uphill night trek toward the Ijen crater rim.
04:00 AM – 05:30 AM
Descend into the crater area with your local guide to witness the natural Blue Fire phenomenon, subject to weather conditions, volcanic activity, and official safety regulations. You may also observe traditional sulfur miners working in the crater area.
05:30 AM – 07:00 AM
Climb back to the crater rim and trek downhill toward Paltuding Base Camp.
07:00 AM – 08:30 AM
Drive back to your Banyuwangi hotel for breakfast, a shower, and final packing.
10:00 AM
Complete hotel check-out.

OPTION A – DROP-OFF IN BALI
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Transfer to Ketapang Ferry Port in Banyuwangi.
11:00 AM – 01:00 PM Java/Bali Time
Board the public ferry and cross the Bali Strait from Ketapang to Gilimanuk.
Please note: Bali is 1 hour ahead of Java. Ferry schedules and crossing times may vary depending on operational and weather conditions.
01:00 PM – 05:00 PM Bali Time
Continue by private car from Gilimanuk to your preferred destination in South/Central Bali, including:
* Ubud
* Kuta
* Seminyak
* Canggu
* Denpasar Airport
Approximately 05:00 PM
Arrival at your destination in Bali. Tour ends.

Direct overland transfer from Banyuwangi to Surabaya. The journey takes approximately 6 hours, including a lunch stop.
