DAY 01 – Surabaya Pick-Up – Transfer to Malang

Private pick-up from Juanda International Airport, Surabaya Train Station, or your hotel in Surabaya.

Drive from Surabaya to Malang via the highway. The journey takes approximately 2 hours, depending on traffic.
03:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Arrive in Malang, check in to your hotel, and take some time to rest.
05:00 PM onwards
Free time to explore Malang’s cool mountain atmosphere or enjoy some of the city’s local culinary specialties.

DAY 02 – Tumpak Sewu Waterfall – Transfer to Bromo
06:00 AM – 08:30 AM
Check out from your Malang hotel, load your luggage into the private vehicle, and drive to Sidomulyo Village in Lumajang, the main access point for Tumpak Sewu Waterfall.
08:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Begin a guided trek down the steep trail and bamboo ladders toward the base of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. Continue exploring the nearby Goa Tetes Cave.
12:30 PM – 01:30 PM
Trek back to the upper area, take a quick shower, change into dry clothes, and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
01:30 PM – 05:30 PM
Continue the private overland journey from Tumpak Sewu to your accommodation in Cemoro Lawang, Mount Bromo, via Probolinggo. The journey takes approximately 4 hours, depending on road conditions.
05:30 PM onwards
Arrive in Bromo, check in to your hotel, enjoy a warm dinner, and relax.
08:00 PM onwards
Early sleep to prepare for the Bromo Sunrise Tour.

DAY 03 – Bromo Sunrise – Transfer to Banyuwangi
03:00 AM – 03:30 AM
Pick-up by your private 4WD Jeep directly from your hotel lobby in Cemoro Lawang.
03:30 AM – 06:00 AM
Drive toward the Bromo sunrise viewpoint, such as King Kong Hill or Penanjakan 1. Enjoy hot tea or coffee at a local stall while waiting for the spectacular Bromo sunrise.
06:00 AM – 08:30 AM
Continue by Jeep across the Sea of Sand. From the Jeep parking area, walk toward Mount Bromo or choose an optional horse ride at your own expense. Climb the approximately 250 steps to reach the Bromo Crater Rim.
08:30 AM – 09:15 AM
Continue by Jeep to Teletubbies Hill (Savannah) and the Whispering Sands.
09:15 AM – 11:30 AM
Return to your hotel for breakfast, a warm shower, and final packing.
11:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Check out and begin the long overland journey from Bromo to Banyuwangi. The journey takes approximately 5.5–6 hours, including a lunch stop.
05:30 PM onwards
Arrive at your Banyuwangi hotel, check in, have dinner, and rest.
Early sleep is highly recommended, as the Ijen trekking program begins around midnight.

DAY 04 – Ijen Blue Fire Trekking – Final Drop-Off
12:00 AM – 01:45 AM
Wake-up call, prepare for the trek, and drive from your Banyuwangi hotel to Paltuding Post, the base camp and starting point for Mount Ijen.
01:45 AM – 02:00 AM
Meet your local trekking guide, receive your safety equipment, including gas masks and headlamps, and attend a short safety briefing.
02:00 AM – 04:00 AM
Begin the approximately 3 km uphill night trek toward the Ijen crater rim.
04:00 AM – 05:30 AM
Descend into the crater area with your local guide to witness the natural Electric Blue Fire phenomenon, subject to weather conditions, volcanic activity, and official safety regulations. You may also observe traditional sulfur miners working in the crater.
After visiting the crater area, climb back to the rim and enjoy the view of the turquoise acidic crater lake around sunrise.
05:30 AM – 07:00 AM
Trek downhill from the crater rim to Paltuding Base Camp.
07:00 AM – 08:30 AM
Drive back to your Banyuwangi hotel for breakfast, a quick shower, and final refreshment.
10:00 AM
Proceed to your chosen final destination.

OPTION A – DROP-OFF IN BALI
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Private transfer to Ketapang Ferry Port in Banyuwangi.
11:00 AM – 01:00 PM Java/Bali Time
Board the public ferry and cross the Bali Strait from Ketapang to Gilimanuk.
Please note: Bali is 1 hour ahead of Java. Ferry schedules and crossing times may vary depending on operational and weather conditions.
01:00 PM – 05:00 PM Bali Time
Continue by private vehicle from Gilimanuk to your final destination in South/Central Bali, including:
* Ubud
* Kuta
* Seminyak
* Canggu
* Denpasar Airport
Approximately 05:00 PM
Arrival at your destination in Bali. Tour ends.
